The Journey

Today I decided to train for a full marathon. With the assistance of thorough research and pure dedication. I want to see how well I am able to train and gain knowledge solely alone. I have ran a 1/2 marathon. Which was great until mile 10, I managed to acquire bilateral muscle spasms in my quads. So come along to the unknown where we define athletics, dedication, courage, and possibility together.


The Rules? THERE ARE NO RULES.


I'm only joking. I will limit my self to 12 miles of run time for the first two weeks. Then adding 4 miles each week. I plan on weighted walks once a day and progressive weight & agility training . As far a meals go. I am completely plant based. Which means I'll be eating more often than I all ready do.
